As part of the roll out of the EPR, there was a planned downtime for booking appointments via the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS).
Unfortunately, this downtime took longer than expected but the issue has been resolved and direct bookings are now open again to patients and referrers on e-RS.
A number of appointments and referrals did not successfully transfer from our old system to the EPR. The issue was quickly identified, and all appointments that were due to take place within two weeks of EPR go-live have been transferred to the new system. Our teams are continuing to transfer the remaining appointments and direct bookings are now open again to patients and referrers on e-RS.
