Yesterday Sky News featured the Royal Free London (RFL) as part of a report on NHS  cancer services.

Their story featured Patrick Keane, a patient receiving treatment for bowel cancer at the Royal Free Hospital and an interview with Roopinder Gillmore, the RFL's lead cancer physician.

You can read the story and watch the report here.

The RFL is one of the biggest cancer providers in the country and receives almost 50,000 referrals a year.

We treat a range of cancers including breast, prostate and colorectal. We also treat some rare cancers such as neuroendocrine tumours and we are a specialist centre for kindey cancer. We are the largest skin cancer service in London.

We deliver 45,000 scans per year and are recruiting to 129 cancer-related clinical studies.
