The hospital at home team consists of highly trained and experienced paediatric nurses who provide care for babies, children and young people aged 0 to 16 (and 16 to 18-year-olds with complex needs) who live in Haringey and Enfield.
Our nurses care for children who are acutely unwell at their homes to help reduce or avoid the need for a hospital stay.

You should expect to receive a phone call up to four hours after the referral has been made by a healthcare professional.
During the call, the hospital at home nurse will undertake an initial assessment and agree on a date and time for the first visit.
Any additional information will be provided by the nurse based on your needs.
Patients who are currently inpatients at North Middlesex university Hospital can be referred to the hospital at home team by North Mid clinical staff.
