Our community Parkinson’s disease service aims to enhance the lives of people with Parkinson’s disease through education, support and advice.

The team’s nurse specialist cares for people living in Enfield who have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease or the rare conditions of progressive supranuclear palsy and multiple system atrophy.

Patients are assessed in the service’s community clinics or at home before being recommended evidence-based treatment.

The team works closely with hospital consultant neurologists, GPs and other healthcare professionals to offer medication management guidance, information resources, onward referrals and signposting to other services.

Our service accepts referrals from all healthcare professionals. Please complete and email the form below to northmid.ecsadultsinglepointofaccess@nhs.net

Self-referrals are also accepted and can be made by calling 020 4553 5694.
