Dr James Bell

Biography

After Dr Bell passed the MRCP, he commenced his radiology training at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in 1997.

Upon completing an abdominal imaging fellowship at Vancouver General Hospital, he was appointed as a full-time radiology consultant at the Royal Free Hospital in September 2002.

Dr Bell has a strong interest in cross-sectional imaging and his areas of sub-specialist expertise include abdominal and pelvic CT and MRI, diagnostic hepatobiliary, genito-urinary and gastrointestinal studies, and most areas of adult ultrasound including trans-rectal and trans-vaginal examinations.

He is fully trained in and regularly performs most forms of percutaneous drainage and biopsy.
