Biography
After qualifying at St George's Medical School in London, Dr Vessal completed her membership of the Royal College of Physicians before commencing her training in radiology.
She has also completed a fellowship in body imaging, specialising in gastrointestinal imaging at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in Australia. She has a particular interest in upper and lower gastrointestinal and pelvic imaging.
Dr Vessal has expertise in endoscopic USS and biopsy, endoanal USS and MRI reporting and biopsies.
Outside work, Dr Vessal enjoys travelling, yoga, theatre and tennis.
Dr Vessal's research areas include liver and pelvic floor imaging.
