Biography

After completing an undergraduate and postgraduate degree overseas, I joined NHS about 15 years ago. Working in these two different settings has given me an opportunity to experience and provide patient centred care with a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, safety and governance at the heart of my clinical practice. I am very keen to prepare the next generation of clinicians with my interest in teaching and training. I carry the ethos of trust values in everything I do.

I am also a supporter of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' global health agenda. I have a special interest in colposcopy, vulval diseases, medical ultrasound, menopause care and psychosexual medicine. I have championed Equality, diversity and inclusion in previous trust and aim to continuously improve on this front. I particularly want to champion the integration and progression of international medical graduates, surgery and associated services, and other locally employed doctors.
