Dr Sophia Tincey

Biography

Dr Tincey is a consultant radiologist with a specialist interest in breast and general imaging. Graduating with MBBS and BSc (hons) from University College London in 2008, she completed core medical training in London.

Having completed specialist postgraduate training in clinical radiology at the Royal Free Hospital, Dr Tincey is a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. She is a member of the European and North American Societies of Radiology and the British Society of Breast Radiology.

Dr Tincey is also a leader in education roles as clinical lead for Imaging and honorary clinical lecturer at University College London medical school. She is course director for the Royal Free FRCR course and visiting lecturer at City University medical ultrasound MSc course.

Dr Tincey is a published author having presented her work at many national and international radiology conferences, sharing her knowledge and expertise across the wider radiological community.
