Biography
Dr Luong is a consultant histopathologist with a special interest in NET, liver, HPB and GI pathology, and has been at the Royal Free Hospital since 2008.
She is an honorary associate professor to the University College London (UCL) Institute for Liver and Digestive Health, is HPB and NET lead pathologist for the Royal Free Neuroendocrine ENETS Centre of Excellence, clinical co-lead for the implementation of digital pathology at the Royal Free Hospital, and tissue banking lead.
Dr Luong is a member of the advisory board of the European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society, a member of the UCL-Royal Free Hospital Biobank Ethical Review Committee, a member of the Royal Free London divisional health technology assessment committee, and a member of the scientific advisory board of Engitix.
