Biography

Prof Alastair O’Brien is a Professor of Hepatology and Medical Director of the UCL Comprehensive Clinical Trails Unit. His research programme aims to improve clinical outcomes in people with advanced liver disease. He leads the national ASEPTIC clinical trial and previously led the ATTIRE trial.
