Biography
Prof Burns undertakes HIV inpatient and outpatient care. She runs a specialist clinic for HIV-positive patients who find full engagement with care difficult and a monthly HIV-lymphoma clinic.
Prof Burns' research interests lie in migrant populations, health inequalities, clinical epidemiology and behavioural research.
